Reservation/Tickets will be available on the 1st of every month at 9:00am cst.

We are taking all cautionary measures to ensure that there is minimal contact and that all areas of dining are sanitized before arrival. We will only have 1 session (4 Seats per night) to ensure that there is not a cross contamination between guests for the Omakase Experience. You will need to purchase tickets in pairs since we will need to space out our guests accordingly.

The price of the Omakase is $59 per person. This Omakase will include a variety of Edomae Sushi and grilled items so Please note that substitutions, modifications and dietary restrictions are politely declined. Our intention is to fully immerse you in a culinary experience made for you exclusively by Chef Michael. Thank you for understanding, and hope to see you soon!

Chef Michael Che embodies the true spirit of the Shokunin. With over 14 years in the restaurant industry (9 years as a Sushi Chef) he is always looking to improve the flavor of his ingredients and use the skills he learned throughout his career to provide his customers with the best experience. Soto, Kyoten Sushiko, and apprenticing under Misao Masuda  (former Executive Chef of Nobu located in Lanai Honolulu Four Seasons Hotel) are just a few of the places Chef Michael has worked under. With his experience from Sushi Apprenticeship and his flavor combinations of South East Asian + Japanese Cuisine, Chef Michael is sure to deliver what he believes is his best.
